BBQ Island Char Blend Wood Pellets – 20 lbs

BBQ Island Charcoal wood pellets use nothing other than pure natural wood fiber, no fillers or oils of any kind ever. Made of  80% Hickory and 20% Charcoal, our manufacturer uses round logs harvested through the Master Logger Program to ensure only forest over-growth materials are used. All the trees are debarked, or with bark depending on the desired product, and ground into a fine fiber. The finished material is dried, tempered and then compressed into wood pellets under optimal pressure to ensure proper burn and smoke characteristics.
