Memphis Beale Street Meat Probe

This meat probe works in tandem with the Intelligent Temperature Control system to measure the internal temperature of whatever you’re cooking. Once the food reaches the desired temperature, the ITC automatically reduces the grill temperature to the warm (the lowest set point).
